1 General Terms & Conditions – Introduction

• Valid email address

3 Age Verification & KYC Process

As a responsible platform, bee 9999 reserves the right to verify the identity of all members. The following documents may be requested as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• A recent selfie holding your NID
• Proof of payment method ownership
• Proof of address (if required)

KYC verification may be required before withdrawals or for large transactions. Withdrawals may be put on hold until KYC is completed. The verification process can take up to 3 business days.

• Harassing or defrauding other members

8 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Bee 9999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for investigation purposes. Members may also close their own account at any time.

• Please withdraw your available balance before closing your account
• Balances will not be refunded if an account is closed due to a rule violation

9 Limitation of Liability
